However, instead of criticizing Adeya’s father, the singer explained her perspective on their conversation. She admits she is someone who “always gets a few readings here and there.” Additionally, the singer said she shared a “fun summary” of a past life reading with her daughter’s father. At the time, she reportedly believed it was a funny moment and “not to be taken seriously.”
“Editing those screenshots, leaving out the rest of the message, making it seem like I was having an inappropriate relationship with my daughter is the most heartbreaking thing I have ever heard. I have been silent, I have endured public beatings. I settled all of this where I should have it, in COURT. I sat there and watched the public only have access to ONE SIDE of things. But THIS is where I completely draw the line. I DO NOT, and have NEVER considered myself in any way with my children.
For context, the message’s timestamp seems to indicate that the conversation occurred in October 2021. Kehlani’s upload of the conversation shows her admitting that she did not trust her past life wife about Adeya. “All these people are definitely lying lmao,” she wrote in a text. Meanwhile, Javaughn has yet to respond to Kehlani’s clarifying message. However, she took to TSR’s comments section to assure supporters that she is addressing the allegations in court.
“The remainder WILL BE HANDLED IN COURT AS IT IS BEING HANDLED NOW THANK YOU,” she wrote.
