KEEP appoints CEO to replace Jensen

The Kentucky Horse Education Project (KEEP) Board of Directors has announced that longtime consultant Will Glasscock will be promoted to chief executive officer starting January 1.

Additionally, Elisabeth Jensen, who left that position in September, will act as a consultant, assisting KEEP in managing relationships with the board, industry stakeholders, and planning. long term strategy.

Raised in Kentucky, Glasscock attended Charleston College and George Washington University before working for nearly nine years in congressional offices and as director of government relations for a national trade association.

The new CEO began serving as an advisor to KEEP in 2017. Since then, he has held a variety of roles within the organization, including KEEP advocacy in Frankfort and Washington DC, and membership management. , strategic planning and the KEEP Fund. Most recently, he established the KEEP Legislative Advocacy Committee, a key element in connecting individuals in the horse industry with legislators in the state capital.
