Kate Middleton was about to be with a group of fans outside Windsor Palace when she revealed how one of her three children reacted to the passing of her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II. The newly minted Princess of Wales said Prince Louis4, referring to his late great-grandfather, Prince Phillipwhen he talks about death of the British monarch, as reported by Roya Nikkhah. “[Louis said,] “At least now Grandma is staying with Grandpa,” Kate explained, according to Roya.

Touching words were shared by Kate during a walk with Prince William to see all the tributes to the Queen that were shared by wise men outside the Palace. This event is also important because it marks a reunion of the couple with Prince Harry onend Meghan Markle. In a statement from Buckingham Palace, a royal spokesman said William, who is now known as the Prince of Wales, “has invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to join him and the Princess of Wales. “for the walk.
The invitation was profound as relations between the families had become strained since the end of the year. After Harry and Meghan back off royal duties and moved to the United States, interactions between the couple and the royal family were non-existent. The Sussexes were visiting the UK for charity events when the Queen passed away, but, as previously reported, no plans to visit with William and Kate.
The reunion took place just hours after William witnessed Joining Ceremonywhere his father, King Charles III, has been officially declared as sovereign. Two days later death of his mother, the former prince was elevated to the throne in an elaborate ceremony spanning centuries, which took place at St. James and was televised live for the first time.
Meanwhile, outside Buckingham Palace, crowds were still gathering to pay their respects to Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away at Scotland’s Balmoral Castle. Her body will be taken from Balmoral to London, where she will lie in state at Westminster Abbey.
