Kaley Cuoco admits she is in treatment to forgive past mistakes

Kaley Cuoco shared that she is in therapy.

The Big Bang Theory actress told Glamor she is learning to forgive her past mistakes and trying to be some kind of ‘superwoman’ but just a ‘normal’ person.

And the 36-year-old beauty considers two divorces – she ended her marriage to Ryan Sweeting and Karl Cook – as one of her biggest disasters.

Kaley explained: ‘I want to change, I want to be better. It was always my first love. I think it’s a tough one to overcome. And I admit that held me back in some way. I’m talking about that a lot in therapy. ‘

The Flight Attendant star added: ‘Me and my therapist are working hard to forgive and forgive ourselves when we make mistakes. I think the hardest thing is just accepting that I’m normal and that I’m not superwoman. ‘

Also in the post she shared that another walk down the aisle would not happen.

Karl filed for divorce in September. In court documents, the 31-year-old equestrian tracked down his estranged wife on the grounds of ‘irreconcilable differences’.

The couple previously insisted there was no ‘anger or enmity’ with each other when they announced their split.

Their statement read: ‘Despite our deep love and respect for each other, we recognize that our current path has led us in opposite directions.
