Just win, baby! Raiders beat Chargers in OT to enter the knockout round
Daniel CarlsonThe 47-yard goal that ended the game in extra time lifted Las Vegas Raiders beat the Los Angeles Raiders, 35-32, and entered the knockout stages on Sunday night.
If the match ends in a draw, both the Raiders and Chargers have advanced to the knockout stages, and the Steelers – who beat Raven earlier in the day – will be eliminated.
QB charger Justin Herbert engineered a shock comeback late in the fourth quarter to tie the tie 29-29 at the end of regulation. Herbert and company took a 29-14 lead with less than five minutes remaining in the fourth half before the midfielder bumped into Joshua Palmer for a touchdown and then Austin Ekeler with a two-point conversion.
