Joe Biden Drops Out of 2024 Presidential Race


Bowing to relentless pressure after his disastrous debate performance on June 27, President Joe Biden announced today that he will drop out of the 2024 presidential race. The shocking political move paves the way for a new Democratic candidate to take on former President Donald Trump just over three months before Election Day.

“Serving as your President has been the greatest honor of my life,” Biden said in a statement. posted about X. “And while I intend to seek re-election, I believe it is in the best interests of the party and the country for me to step down and focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”
