Joanna Gaines44 years old, had back surgery in hospital and now she is recovering before Christmas. The repair on the star lies on a hospital bed in her December 21 photo Instagram post, where she gives updates on her health struggles. Joanna revealed that she had her second microsurgery two weeks ago after injuring her back as a high school cheerleader. Joanna said her first microsurgery was in 2001, when she had to cancel a second appointment with her current husband. Increase chips.
Joanna wrote in her post: “I always joke that my back likes to work at the most inconvenient times and I’m a bit stressed because the timing of it all coincides with the holiday season. “But I’m really grateful for the mandatory break during the busiest time of the year,” mother of the year to add. “What a gift it is when you just stand still, stare at the magic around you and just be quiet.”
Joanna wishes her 14 million followers a “nice week of Christmas”. “Things may not go as planned – but you can find beauty and embrace the magic of the here and now,” she adds. Joanna appears to be in good spirits in this hospital bed photo. She wears sunglasses and throws a peace sign at the camera.
The Net star Magnolia includes two more photos in her post. One of the images shows Joanna cuddling one of her children on a couch next to a fireplace and Christmas tree. In another photo, Joanna lies on the couch alone and relaxes. She turned off comments on the post, so none of her fans can wish her a speedy recovery.
Luckily for Joanna, her husband Chip will be by her side throughout her recovery. The HGTV power couple has been married since 2003 and they have 5 children together: drake17, Ella16, Duke14, Emmie Kay 12 and Crew4. In addition to focusing on family, Joanna is busy running the Magnolia Network, a bustling Silos bakery and breakfast-only center in Waco, a magazine titled Magnolia magazineand more.
