Jazz CEO didn’t meet players who trusted each other last season


Follow them Friday in a row breaking out of the playoffs early in the spring, the Utah Jazz blew up their team this summer.

They traded All-Stars Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Minnesota Timberwolves respectively, while starting forward Royce O’Neale to the Brooklyn Nets also. They have also brought in the likes of Jordan Clarkson and Mike Conley Jr. enter commercial rumors this season.

The start of a crazy summer in Salt Lake City days before the Gobert deal went down was also the organization’s decision to replace head coach Quin Snyder with Will Hardy. On Monday during a press conference, CEO Danny Ainge spoke about the season and his thoughts on the 2021-2022 campaign, sharing harsh criticism.
