The Boston Celtics failed in the 2022 NBA Finals, losing to Golden State in six games, but they look like the team to beat in 2022-23. During the season, Boston added Malcolm Brogdon and Danilo Gallinari, who will provide depth, size, and scoring. In theory, the Celtics are scarier than ever.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, of course, form a dynamic pair for the Celtics, but some question whether they are good enough to lead Boston to a title.
“I think we really took those next steps last season,” Tatum recently told. NBC Sports Boston. “And we’ll be the first to tell you that we’ve got a lot of work to do. There’s still a lot of work to be done. And we’re eager to do so… Despite everyone saying we can’t play. Together, we always believe that we can.”
Last month the Celtics, per The Athleticincluded Brown in a major commercial offer with the Nets for Kevin Durant.
