Kiya K speaks out amid rumors of dating Lil Baby
On September 26, Kiya K shared footage from her birthday celebration. The video begins with her wearing a long, flowing white dress as she glides through a beach-facing living room decorated with balloons, candles, pink roses, and flower petals. In the video, she walks past a giant pink rose arch with a “Happy Birthday” LED sign in the middle. The other corner has large illuminated letters, “HBD Kiya”. Meanwhile, in the middle of the room is a collection of more than 10 luxury gifts, including Chanel bags, Van Cleef jewelry and Hermes sandals.
Before turning off her comments, Lil Baby’s fans were present in large numbers in the comments section. Some credit Lil Baby for dumping a nurse – a promise he made in his 2020 song ‘Low Down.’ In the track, he raps about being “tired of strippers This robe”. Instead, he planned to attack “nurses, doctors and dentists.” Kiya’s Instagram profile and at least one post on her feed say she is a “registered nurse.”

Kiya further fueled speculation that Lil Baby and she might be related when she liked a specific comment under her birthday recap video. Comments she likes to say, “Oh Lil Baby scored ityyy!!! Baby is fine and she is an RN. Oh you deserve everything, Mom,” @torimtorrance wrote.

However, when photos and recaps of her birthday started going viral, Kiya K posted to Instagram Stories with a brief explanation. On October 10, she wrote, “Those gifts weren’t from him. We’re not dating.”
Jayda Cheaves seems to shut down rumors about Shading Kiya K
Meanwhile, earlier this week, social media users took a minute to get into trouble. An X (formerly Twitter) user @dgbri__ commented: “Lil baby done, put that girl in Jayda’s drawer at his house” on photos comparing Jayda Cheaves and Kiya K in the same outfit.
Shade Room did some digging and discovered that Jayda posted a photo of herself wearing blue shorts, white furry boots, and a tight, long-sleeved shirt in May 2022. Meanwhile, Kiya shared a photo of her wearing the same shirt, similar shorts, and similar white boots on March 20 of this year.
Jayda, who shares a son named Loyal with Lil Baby, has yet to publicly respond to the outfit comparison. However, in a teasing recent podcast episode, Jayda seemed to quash speculations that she was shading Kiya by posting her designer bags after Kiya shared her birthday arrangements she.
In the preview, Jayda is roped into a lie detector test when her co-host and friend, Dess Dior, asks her two related questions. “In your recent post about Chanel, did you act shady with that girl?” Dess asked. Jayda replied, “No,” and the lie detector confirmed that she was telling the truth.

Also, in comment section of the video Jayda posted on October 5, Jayda denied ever following Kiya on social media. She made this comment in response to someone who wrote, “I’m glad you unfollowed Kiya n to focus on your business….”
“@tricelaisabella I never followed her. She wears and endorses my brand. I love all my customers,” Jayda wrote.
