Jay Leno is a tough guy! The retired late-night presenter, 72, has just revealed that he is breaking several bones after a motorcycle accident on January 17, 2023. The star’s latest accident is completely avoidable. He explained how things went downhill, telling LVJR, “So I turned down a side street and crossed a parking lot, and without my knowledge, someone had strung a wire across the parking lot without a flag on it. So, you know, I didn’t see it until it was too late.”
The incident happened in an instant. “It was just a clothesline, and I and, boom, knocked me off the bike,” he added. “The bike kept going, and you know how that goes.”
Jay admits he has kept quiet about his second injury, given all the attention his burn incident received. In November 2022, the star was burned while trying to repair a 1907 White Car with a friend.
Talking about the incident with Person in December 2022, he said, “When you work with cars, you get a lot of accidents. However, Jay didn’t let either incident slow him down. After the fire, he returned to the stage telling jokes just a week later. And now the star is gearing up for her debut at the Encore Theater in Wynn Las Vegas, which will perform in Sin City for a one-night special, on March 31, 2023.
