Italy’s Prada announces three strategic appointments in top leadership

Prada has announced strategic appointments to the top management: Andrea Bonini as chief financial officer, Cristina De Dona as general counsel and Diego Maletto as director of internal audit. Prada is an Italian luxury fashion house specializing in leather handbags, travel accessories, footwear, ready-to-wear, perfumery and other fashion accessories.

Starting May 2, 2022, Andrea Bonini will assume the role of CFO of the group, held since 2016 by Alessandra Cozzani, who decided to leave the company from September 30, 2022 to embrace other career opportunities. Andrea Bonini will report to executives Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli and will be responsible for the group’s management, finance, control, tax and investor relations divisions, for know in a press release.

Cristina De Dona, the group’s general counsel, is responsible for overseeing, developing and consolidating all legal, intellectual property and corporate affairs of the Company, reporting to the executives. Diego Maletto joins Prada Group as the group’s director of internal audit, reporting to the chairman of the board, Paolo Zannoni.
