Fans believe Rihanna broke up with rapper boyfriend A$AP Rocky just weeks before they welcomed their first child together.
Rumors took off after a fashion influencer claimed in a tweet on Thursday that A$AP – whose real name is Rakim Mayers – cheated on the pregnant star with shoe designer Amina Muaddi.
While the claims are unsubstantiated and the stars have not yet commented on the matter, that hasn’t stopped Twitter from falling into disarray with the comment.

A tweet from fashion blogger Louis Pisano read: ‘Rihanna and ASAP Rocky have broken up. Rihanna broke up with him after she caught him cheating with shoe designer Amina Muaddi. ‘
He continued: ‘Amina is responsible for the design of Fenty’s footwear and Rihanna is often seen in bespoke shoes from her own label.
“ASAP & Amina is not new as she met him years ago and also collaborated with him on a shoe collection. Things seem to have happened for fans at Craigs in LA.’
Shocked fans tweeted in response: ‘Will see a bunch of “A$AP cheating on Rihanna as proof that…” think when you guys don’t know these people at all”;’
‘If RIHANNA can be deceived then no one is safe, I will give up men, if someone deceives RIHANNA’; ‘NO, not Rihanna, I don’t have that, please I couldn’t get up this morning’; “It seems the tweets are more worried about Rihanna and A$ap’s split than the reality of the two of them.”

Rihanna started dating A$AP Rocky in 2020, although they have been linked since 2013 when he opened for her on the Diamonds World Tour.
Rocky confirmed they were dating in May 2021 in an interview on GQ, where he called the Barbados-born singer ‘the love of his life.’
The Killa Fashion hitmaker – who has never been implicated in claims of infidelity in the past – said: ‘She’s probably the equivalent of a million among others…. I think when you know, you know. She’s one of those.’
The couple announced they are expecting their first child earlier this year.

Earlier this week, Rihanna opened up about her partner in a conversation with Vogue as she explained how their relationship blossomed.

She says the quarantine has brought the couple closer together, noting: ‘He became my family during that time.
