iPhone users on WhatsApp can get this new shortcut soon

It seems WhatsApp users on iOS may soon get a new shortcut. According to an online report, the instant messaging app owned by Meta may soon introduce a camera shortcut for Iphone user.
As reported by WABetaInfo, a Twitter account tracking upcoming changes in WhatsApp has revealed that WhatsApp Beta version 22.19.0.75 on iOS displays a new camera shortcut.
The camera shortcut is in development and it will appear in the navigation bar. The report adds that the camera shortcut will give users quick access to the camera within the app. For now, WhatsApp offers a separate tab for the camera that is said to be replaced with a Community tab in the future.
Camera shortcuts on iPhone look similar to shortcuts on Android. As mentioned above, this feature is under development and is expected to roll out with future updates.
WhatsApp will soon stop working on these Apple devices
Meanwhile, WhatsApp is said to be shutting down on some iPhones on October 24. WhatsApp is likely to stop releasing software support for iPhones running on iOS 10 and 11. This means users iPhone 5 and 5C must download a newer version of iPhone or must start using a different instant messaging platform.
