PlayStation Studios developers have worked closely with Spin Master to create this innovative new line and are sharing the details they are most excited about with the PlayStation community.
“It was a great pleasure working with Spin Master to create the Aloy and Varl figurines.
They are based on actual digital sculpts used for the game, which you can actually see in the final result. We made sure that multiple points of articulation make sense and that even the most subtle texturing details are visible on the figures.
A personal highlight was the ability to give Aloy different facial expressions, along with multiple points of articulation (even her hair has some!), making her a very poseable character. Additionally, the technique used to apply color to the face meant we could really maintain the likeness of the actual models, which is very important and adds to the appeal of these characters.”

“We’re excited to have a new action figure version of Jin that fans can keep on their shelves to protect their homes. Jin’s Ghost Armor has so many beautiful details, including intricate fabric patterns and overlapping armor plates, which are an integral part of his character design. In addition to the katana, we’ve always wanted to see all of his various Ghost tools represented to capture his various fighting techniques.”
