Lip-Bu Tan, who joined Intel’s board of directors (code: INTC) on September 1 paid $1.35 million on November 8 for 48,146 shares, the average price was $27.98 per share, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Tan currently owns 50,500 Intel shares in his personal account.
