India vs Sri Lanka: Sanju Samson unlikely for second T20I | Cricket News
PUNE: Indian Cake Flour Sanju Samson is unlikely to feature in the second T20 International against Sri Lanka on Thursday due to a knee injury.
Samson injured his knee while heading in the opening match India won in two runs.
He was cheaply eliminated in the Indian innings.
“Samson stayed in Mumbai to take some pictures,” a BCCI source said.
Samson’s injury could give Rahul Tripathi a chance to make his debut. Tripathi, a steady IPL performer, has been with the team for a while but has yet to play a game.
