Foreign Office Spokesman Aridam Bagchi described the discussions as “constructive”.
“Senior MEA officials deal with Australia, Canada, Czech RepublicGermany, New ZealandPoland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America had constructive discussions with their respective Heads of Delegations/senior diplomats of these countries regarding the proper arrangement student visas for Indian citizens,” he tweeted.
“They agreed to stay engaged in further easing & fast-track the process, as the student flow is mutually beneficial,” he said.
