India Infinix Hot 20 5G series launch date set for December 1st, Flipkart availability confirmed

The launch date of the Infinix Hot 20 5G series in India has been set for December 1, the brand owned by China’s Transsion Holdings has confirmed through its social media channel. The lineup seems to include multiple smartphones including the Infinix Hot 20 5G and the Hot 20 Play that recently launched globally. The former is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, while the latter includes the MediaTek Helio G37 SoC. The Infinix Hot 20 5G has a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, while the Hot 20 Play has a dual 13-megapixel rear camera. The new smartphones will be available online through Flipkart.

Official Infinix India The Twitter account shared a teaser about the upcoming launch of Infinix Hot 20 5G series. The launch will take place on December 1, and the smartphone will go on sale through Flipkart. However, the timing of the launch event and pricing details of the Infinix Hot 20 5G series are currently unknown.

The Infinix Hot 20 5G series is expected to include the vanilla Infinix Hot 20 5G and the Hot 20 Play. Infinix Hot 20 5G is given in select global markets earlier at $179.9 (about Rs 15,000) for the single 4GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. There are currently no pricing details for the Infinix Hot 20 Play.

Specifications of Infinix Hot 20 5G

Global variant of Infinix Hot 20 5G runs on Android 12-based on XOS 10.6 and features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ display with a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The Infinix Hot 20 5G has a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor along with an LED flash. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 5,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support are other specifications of this Infinix phone.
