The match was reduced to 29 innings due to the first interruption that sent the game to a four-hour break. The 22-year-old India did not lose in the fifth inning at the time.
After the resumption, the away team lost their captain Shikhar Dhawan (3 out of 10 balls) are trying to increase the bet.
But Gill (45 didn’t come out) and Surya (34 didn’t come out) added 66 runs under eight laps before the heavens opened up again.
