Shah also paid tribute to India’s first Home Minister, Sardar Vallabhai Patelwho ushered in the tricolor after Hyderabad merged with India in 1948.

Meanwhile, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) led by KCR alleged that the celebration of the Shah’s liberation day was in keeping with the BJP’s “divisive politics”.
At the ‘Telangana National Unity Day’ event, CM Rao said that if religious fanaticism grows, it will “destroy the very life of the nation and lead to a deterioration in human relations with each other. “. He added: “They are sowing thorns in social relationships for their own narrow gain. They are sowing hatred among people with cruel comments.
He accused “disruptive forces” of polluting Telangana’s history to fulfill their narrow and selfish political interests. “The insidious efforts of these evil and corrupt forces, who are trying to sever the fabric of the nation, must be thwarted. I warn you again that there is a risk that society will fall into turmoil even if it is forgotten in a flash,” said Telangana CM.
