The 2022 Formula 1 season has come to an end in Abu Dhabi. Two-time world champion, Max Verstappen clinched his record-breaking 15th win of the season. After the victory, the Belgian-Dutch driver made a winning donut on the track. The 25-year-old dominated from start to finish. Meanwhile, his Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez finished third and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc finished second. Verstappen took to social media to share a few photos of the incredible win and wrote: “A great way to end an incredible season for us @redbullracing & @hondaracingglobal. Overall, both the season was unbelievable and so much fun for the team Thank you all so much for the hard work 💪 Unfortunately this was also the season where we lost Dietrich, but I do know. Thank you that we were able to make it a special season. Now it’s time to recharge our batteries, so we can give it our all again next season!” The F1 champion has had a stellar 2022 season and he has dominated the racing calendar to retain his title, having ended the campaign on a high note.
