Police broke the indefinite fast of YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) party chairman YS Sharmila in protest at her alleged refusal to allow ‘padayatra’ to continue across the state and transferred her to a hospital here for a few hours on a Sunday, after her health deteriorated.
YS Sharmila launched an indefinite hunger strike at party headquarters here on Friday.
