I’m still working at 75: Do I need to get RMD from my 401(k) fund?

Dear Fix My Portfolio,

I quit my job at the US Postal Service in 2004 and receive my annual pension from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). I also work part-time at a major hardware chain and part of my salary goes into the company’s 401(k) fund. I’ve been working there for four years and have about $10,000 on the plan. I also use 20% of my salary to buy company stock. My concern is since I am 75 years old, am I required to withdraw as RMD?
