The first images of the 2022 I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here camp have been revealed ahead of the new series opening in November.

The ITV reality show is returning to the Australian jungle for the first time in three years after it was held at Gwrych Castle in North Wales due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

And the aerial images show the scene bigger and better than before, with built-in wild west-themed challenges and the return of the iconic interview hut.

The photos demonstrate how the Wild West-themed structures were hastily built on the site surrounded by massive trees and endless greenery.

Ropes can be seen attached to a few trees above a swimming pool filled with dirty water – a challenge that is sure to get celebrities pumping their adrenaline.

The famous red hut, where celebrities participate in exit interviews and take the iconic walking journey, stands out among the trees.

The studio’s drone shot shows some of the production cabins and the trailer is visible in the backcountry as ITV staff make use of the large space.

ITV has confirmed that I’m A Celebrity will finally be returning to its familiar home in the Australian jungle this Fall for the latest season of the series.

Ant and Dec will be welcoming 12 new celebrities to the Australian camp in November.

In a statement, ITV said: ‘Autumn also brought me a celebrity, a welcome return to ITV from the Australian jungle.’

The 2021 series sees Danny Miller crowned as King of the castle, while Giovanna Fletcher is the first to win the Welsh version of the previous year’s show.

Ant and Dec will return as hosts when I’m A Celebrity returns to screens later this year, guiding a new group of celebrities through the Bushtucker Trials and other daring challenges.

It comes after it was reported that a spin-off version of I’m A Celebrity of the popular ITV show would be filmed in South Africa, operating as a stand-alone program in addition to the annual event.

Myleene Klass and Paul Burrell are among the stars said to have lined up to appear on the upcoming all-star version of the show.

Channel bosses signed up Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, both 46, to host the show.

The series is likely to air next summer, and the legendary contestants from the past will compete and take on challenges while living in the camp.
