Howard specifically calls Justice a “crackpot” Clarence Thomas and his wife Virginia “Ginni” Thomas when going on SCOTUS that the majority is conservative. “They can raise the kids they want,” he added. Howard also said that “if men were raped and got pregnant, there would be abortion methods available everywhere. On every street corner a different clinic will solve this problem. “
“Who the hell wants to hold a baby you don’t want to? And again, the people who bring the babies don’t want them to not raise these kids and then we’re stuck with them,” he said. “The people who are against abortion, they don’t do charity, they don’t raise these children. I don’t know who will feed them. The men are ready to tear this country apart because we ask them to wear masks, let alone have children they don’t want.”
Furthermore, Howard notes that Roe Vs. Wade is in danger because Donald Trump defeated Hilary Clinton in the 2016 electoral college, despite receiving fewer votes overall. Howard explained that Trump was able to appoint the “most radical” anti-abortion Supreme Court Justices, that is Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaughand Amy Coney Barrett. “So now we have a minority view of running this country,” he said. “If that’s the majority opinion, okay, you accept it. But that is the view of the minority.”
Howard is just one of millions of Americans outraged by SCOTUS’s anti-abortion agenda. The draft document was written in February and shows that Roe Vs. Wade was voted to overturn the majority opinion, written by Justice Samuel Alito and signed by four Republican-appointed judges. If passed, Roe Vs. Wade will be repealed immediately and US states will be able to ban abortion or introduce strict restrictions.
Since the leak, President Joe Biden launched to support the defense of Roe Vs. Water wading. He said in statement“I believe women’s right to choose is fundamental, Roe has been the law of the land for nearly fifty years, and the fundamental fairness and stability of our laws require it not to be overturned. .”
