On Saturday 3rank In December, boxing fans from the UK and Ireland will be able to watch the WBC heavyweight world title fight between Tyson ‘The Gypsy King’ Fury and Derek ‘War’ Chisora, streamed exclusively on BT Sport Box Office.
The third iteration of Fury v Chisora saw Tyson Fury enter the ring, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, looking to defend his WBC title. This is Fury’s second fight this year after beating Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium with a stunning headbutt in April.
Fury’s opponent, Chisora, will enter the bout after a split decisive win over the highly respected Kubrat Pulev. The match against Fury in December will be the second world title of the Harare-born Londoner’s career.
Since the pair last faced off, Fury has had a great time, winning his first world title from Wladimir Klitschko in 2015 before taking a break from the ring. After a hiatus, Fury returned to the legendary trio against Deontay Wilder, in which he won and defended his current WBC title.
During that time, Chisora won 13 fights, beating established boxers like Kubrat Pulev, David Price, and Carlos Takam. In addition to this header clash, the bottom card will include a match between Daniel Dubois and Kevin Lerna for the WBA (regular) heavyweight title.
