First, take maida, salt and some oil. Make dough from this. Let it rest. Now chop vegetables like onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and carrots. Cook this in a little oil with salt, pepper, red chili powder and chaat masala. Now, flatten the dough and put the filling in the middle. Close this like a pot so the filling is still intact. You can even add cheese in the middle. Now you can deep-fry these puffs, bake them or even air fry them depending on your choice. When they’re golden and crispy, take them out and enjoy them in your cup!
