How to Make Regular Bhajiya – A Gujarati Treatment That You Must Try

Bhajiya Traditional recipe: How to make a popular dish Bhajiya
To get started with the recipe, you’ll first need to make the masala to use. For this, you take a pan, add coriander seeds, sesame seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black pepper, cumin seeds and roast for a few minutes.
Now, you take a blender, add the roasted spices along with red chili powder, turmeric, amchur powder and salt to taste. Blend together until a coarse powder.
Once the masala is ready, the next step is to make the gravy. Put the soaked white beans, turmeric, salt, and oil in the pressure cooker. Pressure cook this until 4 whistles. For the complete recipe of usage, click here.
Now for the methi na gota (bhajiya), take a mixing bowl, add the methi leaves, besan, cumin powder, carom seeds, hing, coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything well. The next step is to add some curd and water to bind the dough. For the complete recipe, click here.
To assemble, place the bhajiyas on a plate, pour the used gravy over it; Garnish with sev, and chopped onion.
