To get started with this recipe, you’ll first need to boil the soybeans, tomatoes, 2-3 dried red peppers, and ginger for about 4-5 minutes. Once done, peel off the outer skin of the tomato.

The second step is to put this mixture in the blender. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add seasoning according to taste.

Prepare the dosa dough and set it aside for a few hours.

Once the dough is ready, spread it on a nonstick tawa. Wait until the dosa is cooked on both sides.
