Roku continued maintain our favorite TV streaming device. They are extremely easy to use and offer many streaming channels. Their screens aren’t fancy, but they offer just what someone needs: quick, direct access to their favorite streaming services. However, determining which type to buy is not easy.
There are currently four Roku streaming device available, plus TVs, soundbars, and those sold exclusively at certain retailers (not to mention older models still floating around on places like Amazon). Rokus tend to have similar names and look roughly the same, with small changes occurring every year or so and it can be difficult to spot the differences. We are here to help. If you’re like us, you want the best Roku for the least amount of money. We’ve broken down the features of the ones we think you’ll really want to get, starting with the most basic model.
