How micro-influencers are making a lot of money
Tammy Hembrow, Anna Paul and Natasha Oakley are among the most famous and wealthy influencers in Australia.
But you don’t need to have millions of followers to make an effective living.
According to The Australian, small Australian influencers are making $200,000 a year with around 50,000 followers.

The parenting segment is proving to be extremely lucrative Down Under.
Influencers with at least 25,000 followers can earn a minimum of $250 per post.
However, some mummy bloggers can make $2000 per post for that same number, as long as their engagement is high enough.
Small influencers are often preferred by brands to larger accounts because they have a much smaller, easier-to-target audience with products.

Phoebe Burgess can charge even more, up to $600 per post for her 86,000 followers.
