Honkai: Star Rail Sunday Trailer Accused of Plagiarism
Official weibo account of Onmyouji posted a post implicitly called HoYoVerse for plagiarism in its recent Sunday trailer for Honkai: Star Railway. These charges are due similarity between Sunday’s trailer and Onmyouji Jinkougyou trailer.

The weibo post does not directly mention HoYoVerse. However, it uses two word characters Honkai: Star RailwayChinese name of and features Tsukiyomi warning HoYoVerse against any reckless actions. This is not the first time NetEase has accused a company of plagiarism Onmyouji. Earlier this year, it had one debate with Tencent about the similarities between Honor of kings And Onmyouji.
Have many photos same in both trailers. For example, the increasing light scene in Sunday’s trailer uses a similar composition to the decreasing light scene in Jinkougyou’s trailer. Some other users have point out that the piano scene in Sunday’s trailer is similar to the scene COA 7 trailer because Identity V. Alike Onmyouji, Identity V is a NetEase game.
This isn’t the first time people have criticized HoYoVerse for possible plagiarism in its trailers.
