Hong Kong Floats No Quarantine Plan for Financial Summit, But Bankers Want No Exceptions
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority, in an effort to call top global financial executives to the city for a high-level summit in early November, has come up with the idea of air travel. There is a quarantine for event participants, as pressure builds on the Chinese territory to end its long isolation from the rest of the world.
