The Honda XL750 Transalp is a new adventure touring car inspired by the design of the CB500X. It will compete with the Ducati Multistrada V2, Triumph Tiger 850 Sport and BMW F 850 GS.
Honda has decided to bring back the Transalp moniker for their latest adventure ride.
Honda calls it the XL750 Transalp and it will sit between the CB500X and the Africa Twin 1100.
The XL750 can also run off-road thanks to its 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels. Honda is also using spiked wheels.
Honda has developed a brand new 755 cc parallel twin engine for the Honda XL750 Transalp.
The engine produces a maximum power of 91 hp at 9,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 75 Nm at 7,250 rpm.
The engine has a 270-degree crank to elevate the engine’s note and so does a new exhaust system.
It has Throttle By Wire technology as there are 5 driving modes offered.
Drive modes vary engine power, engine braking, and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) with Integrated Wheel Control.
