Liza Minnelli had a rather illustrious life, with four marriages to famous men and numerous lovers and relationships between them. As for her husband, Liza is married to a musician Peter AllenTelevision director and producer Jack Haley Jr.sculptor Marc Geroand producer David Gest.

Liza’s first marriage was Peter Allena musician, songwriter and stage performer, in 1967 when Liza was 21 years old. Peter is best known for being part of the musical duo The Allen Brothers, who were discovered by Liza’s mother, Judy Garlandin 1964. Judy made the two brothers famous and successful in the United States and the United Kingdom and is said to be responsible for linking Liza and Peter.
After eight years together, the couple split in 1974, although they had previously separated in 1969. Peter was later in a relationship with Gregory Connell for more than a decade until Gregory’s death in 1984. Peter later died in 1992 from nasopharyngeal cancer related to AIDS.
