Pravaig Dynamics, an EV startup based in Bengaluru, is getting ready to launch its first electric SUV Defy later this month. The high-end electric SUV, which promises a range of more than 500 km, will have 11 different exterior color options. In its latest trailer, Pravaig has revealed all the colors the Defy EV will be available in when it launches on November 25. Pravaig has revealed key performance stats for the Defy electric SUV , called ‘top killer’, ahead of the much-slated launch. Pre-orders for the EV will begin November 25.
The 11 colors that Pravaig will offer the Defy EV include Bordeaux, Lithium, Emperor Purple, Siachen Blue, Hindigo, Moon Grey, Haldi Yellow, 5.56 Green, Shani Black, Kaziranga Green and Vermillion Red. Pravaig also provides a glimpse of all of the SUV’s colors to give an idea of ​​how they will appear with each individual colour. The electric SUV will likely be offered with a two-tone exterior theme with a black painted roof on all variants.
Pravaig has revealed that the Defy electric SUV will offer a range of 504 kilometers on a single charge. This has the potential to make it one of the longest-range electric vehicles in India. The battery will be able to charge up to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. This means the electric SUV comes with DC fast charging. However, Pravaig has not revealed the size of the battery, which is expected to be larger than the 100 kWh pack.
The EV startup also claims the Defy will deliver 402 hp and 620 Nm of torque. The power output is almost the same as that of Volvo Top up XC40, that EV6 and also the Audi e-tron electric SUV. The manufacturer says the electric SUV will be able to reach a top speed of 210 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds.
Pravaig says the Defy will come with in-car wifi, a 15-inch desk for laptops, a limousine partition, a 220V outlet to charge devices, an air quality indicator with PM 2.5 air filter, a makeup mirror. , premium sound system, USB socket and wireless charging. The monitors will support MirrorLink. However, it’s important to note that the features for the production electric SUV will be revealed after the car’s launch.
