According to the British Heart Foundation, oat milk contains oat beta-glucans, which “may help maintain normal cholesterol levels when you consume 3g per day as part of a balanced diet”.
For example, a 250ml glass of oat milk provides 1g of beta-glucan.
While a bowl of porridge cooked with 40g of oats can provide 2g of beta-glucan.
