Gunther invites breeders to unlock nominations for free without parole

Owner-breeder Tanya Gunther has invited everyone to unlock the free nomination for Without Parole (GB), the winner of St James’s Palace S. whose first ponies are selling well at Tattersalls this week, by way to offer a limited number of locks to those interested in breeding stallions based in Newsells Park Stud.

Only one of those keys will unlock the free nomination tucked away in one of three boxes at the Newsells Park shipment at Tattersalls for the December Mares Sale.

The majority of the keys went to the breeders who assisted the stallion, who had 15 ponies selling for an average of 28,100 gns at last week’s December Foal Sale, including those foal for 58,000 and 52,000 respectively.

However, the number of keys available is still limited, Gunther urged those interested in Highflyer Paddocks this week.

Gunther explains, “We came up with a promotion that we thought would be a little fun. We’re inviting breeders to unlock free nominations from behind bars during this week’s December Horse Sale at Tattersalls. Without Parole supporters have received emails and keys, but we basically have three boxes at the Newsells shipment in Tattersalls and behind one is a nomination for Without Parole and in the other two there are ginseng. pint.

“No boxes have been opened yet and while supplies are limited, we invite breeders who may be interested in using Without Parole to visit the reception area at Newsells and get their keys before they run out. It’s a pretty interesting way to talk to breeders about stallions and we wanted to talk to people who might be interested in using it in the future.”

Bred by John, Gunther’s father, Without Parole won four times for John Gosden before joining Chad Brown, with whom he placed third in the 2019 Breeders’ Cup Mile at Santa Anita.

He joins the Newsells list in 2021 for a fee of £10,000 and will have only £7,000 left in 2023. Gunther describes herself as happy with the feedback from the breeders at Tattersalls and says she thinks No parole represents good value.

She said, “I wasn’t sure what to expect when I looked at the ponies that weren’t parole last week because, prior to this sale, all I really saw from him were the ponies. my own pony. I must say I am very pleased with what I see in his cubs and he seems to be launching some very good breeders and is putting quality into his cubs so you really don’t. could ask for more than that.

“Of course, it’s just the first step but we’re really happy with everything that’s going on with him so far and we’re all pretty happy about that. We hope that the breeders are as happy as we are and when we hear comments like ‘he is throwing a class horse’ or ‘has a great breed. Frankel,’ I mean you can’t ask for more than that. It’s interesting to know that Without Parole is like Frankel who we all know have had such a great season and are riding on top of a wave.”

She added, “We are very pleased with the results. We hope that the buyers will make some money from their Unparoleed clinchers and feel that people are not too crazy on any level, so hopefully they have a real chance great to do well. It’s comparable to walking around and watching a bunch of your pups watching Without Parole’s ponies and it’s rewarding to see that they’ve been well received. He looks as if he represents good value.
