Guinness World Records Shares Spooky Throwback Pictures Of Crab Named ‘Big Daddy’, Internet Intrigued
The Guinness World Records Instagram page regularly shares videos and flashbacks showcasing some of the startling world records. This time, they shared some spooky pictures of a giant crab named Big Daddy. Notably, the Big Daddy is part of the Guinness World Records list for being the world’s largest crustacean living in captivity. The record was verified at Blackpool on 8 August 2013.
“Big Daddy is a record-breaking crustacean! Meet Big Daddy the Crab. He is a Japanese spider crab living in Sea Life in Blackpool, UK. In the caption, they also added that the crab was named after pro wrestling star Big Daddy.

Since being shared online three days ago, the images have garnered more than 1.3k likes and tons of comments. Instagram users were delighted to see the photos and leave many comments.

Big Daddy passed away peacefully in early 2016, at the age of approximately 80 years old, Guinness World Records said.
