Tuchman to serve as the company’s senior executive vice president and chief advisor. Ms. Tuchman is an experienced attorney with over a decade of experience. While studying law, she served as law clerk for the National Historic Landmarks Commission for Historic Preservation. She began her private practice career as a litigation attorney. Ms. Tuchman has represented clients in major lawsuits related to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and advised clients seeking to limit punitive damages. She has handled international litigation and has been successful in securing jurisdiction over foreign parties by US courts. As an attorney on legal matters, Ms. Tuchman has represented prominent companies including ride-hailing and food delivery services as well as national insurance companies. She has served as general counsel for a private security firm, where she was responsible for developing policies and procedures, advising the executive team, managing the national litigation portfolio, negotiating settlements, etc. agreement of the company and handle all legal matters.

Ms. Tuchman holds a BA in Psychology from Tulane University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University Law School. Ms. Tuchman is a licensed attorney and member of the Florida Bar, Louisiana Bar, and District of Columbia Bar and was admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

As senior executive vice president and director of advisory, Ms. Tuchman oversees all legal matters and legal exposure for Guess & Co. . Ms. Tuchman leads the firm’s Law Office and is responsible for developing and managing the company’s internal legal department to accommodate the company’s growth. Her responsibilities include managing legal affairs for the company and its subsidiaries throughout states across the United States along with overseeing external consulting relationships. Ms. Tuchman reports to the president, president and chief executive officer of Guess & Co.
