Grubhub’s owner begins to relieve the need
After years of devouring new businesses, Grubhub’s owners began a painful but much-needed purge.
On Friday, the Amsterdam-based food delivery company Just Eat Takeaway.com said it would exit the Latin American joint venture. Venture capitalist Prosus, also listed in Amsterdam, is known for its roughly 29% stake in Chinese tech giant Tencent but also owns numerous startups.
