Greg Shepherd showed off his hair transplant results on Instagram on Friday after undergoing the procedure earlier this year.
The Family Diaries star, 37, opted for surgery after realizing she would go bald when she shaved her head for charity last year.
On his Instagram Stories this week, the TV personality can be seen smiling as he revealed a much fuller strand of hair along with a moment of himself with his shaven head with a white line. paint on his head to mark his new hair before the procedure.

Greg first let fans know he had the procedure in January of this year after visiting a celebrity-favorite clinic, the KSL Clinic.
The down-to-earth personality first sparked speculation that he had a hair transplant when his wife, Billie, 32, shared a photo of him on her Instagram in January.
Greg later confirmed that he had the procedure and joked that he didn’t want to look like his father was going bald.

In one video, Greg says: ‘I look at my dad, who’s completely bald here and thinks you don’t want to look like your dad! So I come to KSL to save me from that. ‘
Greg went to the Kent branch of the clinic for a consultation with the Chief Surgeon, Dr Matee Rajput, where he was accompanied by his wife Billie.
Greg said his hair concerns stemmed from shaving his head for a charity event in 2019 where he raised a staggering £42,000.

He said: ‘I recently had to shave my head for a charity event, and realized I was going to go bald. It took so long for the hair on the top of my head to grow back! ‘
Several of Billie’s former TOWIE co-stars also visited the KSL Clinic for treatment, including James Lock and new Love Island winner Jack Fincham.
Greg joked that he could even ‘grow a ponytail’ since he had the option so far.

The video ends with Greg smiling for the camera and saying: ‘In a few months, I’ll have my hair undone’.

This treatment is very popular with men, and is considered a permanent fix for thinning or balding hair.
A hair transplant in the UK can cost between £1,000 and £30,000, depending on the extent of the hair loss.
It happened after Greg and Billie’s daughter Nelly broke her arm.

Billie, who is currently pregnant with her third child, explained that she had gone through a ‘tough 24 hours’ following the crash, but commended Nelly, eight, for being ‘very brave’.
The TV personality captured a photo of her sleeping daughter with a black sling around her neck and arms, which she posted to Instagram on Sunday.
It’s not known how Nelly was injured, but she is an accomplished equestrian and is often seen at the stables on Billie’s Instagram.
Billie wrote: ‘It’s been a tough 24 hours…my poor little girl broke her arm yesterday. She was so brave, so much cuddling and resting. ‘

Earlier, Billie shared a stunning selfie with Family Diaries husband Greg, 37 as they celebrated ’11 years together’.
She looked incredible in a bright blue round-neck shirt while her hat posed dapper in a white linen shirt.
The couple both wore large black sunglasses in the selfie and Billie lifted her blonde dress in a chic way.
In a second picture, the couple beamed with Nelly, who hugged the swelling of their hatching baby and their five-year-old son Arthur.
Billie looked radiant as she showed off her tan in a vibrant orange figure-hugging gown that revealed her growing swelling.
She wrote: ’11 years together… Forever gone. So excited for our next chapter…love you my sweets. Happy Anniversary. ‘
