A general practitioner based at The Ballagh Health Centre in The Ballagh, Enniscorthy, County Wexford, is set to face a medical fitness-to-practise inquiry after being charged with six counts of professional misconduct. Billy Ralph, who operates his own independent practice at the facility, is alleged to have made a series of inappropriate posts on the social media platform Twitter, now rebranded as X, during a period spanning from October 2020 through to June 2022.
