Questions from listeners:
This week, we have a good question for the Listener Questionnaire, as we’re discussing some of our favorite sentimental indie titles, our favorite video game reviewers. me and the developers we would like to buy hypothetically.
Hello my game lovers! Indie games are one of my favorite games, especially the ones that have a profound, moving impact on me. What are some of your favorite/most recent indie games that moved you or had a significant impact on you? Has anything changed the way you see the game as a storytelling medium or device? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for all you do! -JHerb24
I think most people have a particular reviewer or critic, whether they’re for movies, music, or video games, their preferences align with their preferences and they read articles. their assessment with higher confidence than others. So who were grown up (or maybe even now) who were the reviewers that you clicked on and kept the higher weight on? For me, in the video game arena, it’s former GI’er, Matt Helgeson. When I see him give a game a 9, I know it’s a game for me – Bob Buel
If the GI team could get a developer, who would it be? You don’t have to be a developer to make money for you. Maybe one of those people that you are passionate about their game and know they will give you a quality experience over and over again. – SavoyPrime
