However, a new report online by Phonearena reveals that some features of the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be coming to older Pixel smartphones with Google’s next feature drop.
As reported by Phonearena, Google’s next feature drop scheduled for December of this year will bring some Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro to the Pixel 6 smartphone line. This means that the Pixel 6a, Pixel 6, and Pixel 6 Pro will get some of these features.

According to the report, Google’s next update will bring Clear Call feature to Pixel 6 series smartphones. This feature promises to reduce background noise when making voice calls. Along with that, old Pixel users will also get a new quick phrase that allows users to drop an incoming call by saying a word ‘silent’.
The Pixel 6 series smartphones are also said to have a Guide Frame feature designed to help people with low vision. This feature allows people with low vision to take selfies with voice commands.
Google’s Next Feature drop-down update is also said to bring Spatial Audio to the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro models. Older Pixel phones will also have Audio Message Transcription.
