Goffs and Dubai Racing Club will once again conduct the sale of the Dubai Breeze-Up in 2023, following the success of the first sale this March.
The event will be held in Meydan in time for the meeting at the Dubai World Cup again next March and will be limited to a maximum of 69 2-year-olds selected by the Goffs test team.
Travel allowance will be provided to suppliers and all re-entry will be fully vet checked prior to departure to ensure full transparency and buyer confidence.
The first Dubai Breeze-Up sale in conjunction with Goffs, the only sale of its kind ever held in the Middle East, attracted various buyers and the deal was headed by a son of the champion of Dubai World Cup (G1) Curlin was sold by Powerstown Stud to Mohammed Al Subousi for AED 2,500,000 ($683,646).
At Ayr on August 1, the sale produced its first winner, Dubai Jemila. Daughter of Dubai was deposited by Malcolm Bastard and collected AED 1,400,000 ($382,841) to Yousuf Salem Saeed Saqer Al Kaabi.

The 2-year-olds will fly to Dubai and undergo pre-sale quarantine. Nominations close on December 1, and the tests will take place after the end of the much-anticipated sales season.
