Take gobhi cut into small pieces and boil. Now keep it aside and let it cook. Then, put all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper and red pepper in a bowl and make a paste from there. Then dip your gobhi in this mixture and deep fry in oil until crispy. Now in a separate pan, add some oil, ginger, garlic, bell pepper and finely chopped onion. Mix them well. Now add the masalas like salt, red pepper, pepper, coriander powder and some ketchup. Mix again. Add the fried gobhi and top with the prepared sauce. Then serve and enjoy!
