Crunchyroll announced it will soon become the new streaming home of the 3DCG anime series girl band cries. This comes after Toei Animation confirmed that it would appears in English outside Japan. People will be able to start watching the show on November 6, 2024.
Initial, girl band cries already available on other platforms. When it first launched in English, it appeared on August 13, 2024. So right away, it’s available to buy in places like Amazon per episode or entire season. (One episode costs $2.99, while all 13 episodes cost $9.99.)

It also notes that people in the Indian subcontinent, Latin America, South Africa and Southeast Asia can stream it. There’s a new one Introductory video highlights the 3DCG anime direction, introduces some music, and shows off the drama the young girls face as they hope to reach Budokan.
This is the beginning of something new for girl band cries. There’s also film in the works. It will be a retelling of the original series, divided into two films. A game is also in development.
