Gilberto Ramirez says he will “go to war” with Dmitry Bivol

Via Sean Jones: Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez says he “Coming War” with WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol on November 5 at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi.

Ramirez (44-0, 30 KOs) intends to change Bivol’s plans to take on Canelo Alvarez in a rematch in 2023 by beating him on November 5 in their title game on DAZN .

Bivol had a surprisingly easy match beating Canelo last May, and surprisingly the Mexican star changed his mind about wanting to take on him in an immediate rematch.

Something made Canelo change his mind about wanting to team up with Bivol (20-0, 11 KOs), and he may have saved what was left of his waning career by avoiding him. ta. Now it’s Ramirez’s turn to get Canelo’s treatment, and that could embarrass him.

It is highly questionable whether the 31-year-old Ramirez is talented enough to get the job done and Bivol will most likely beat him as well, just as he did with Canelo.

Ramirez’s problem is that he moves with his feet and hands extremely slowly. He lacks the speed and boxing ability to defeat Bivol. Unless Bivol stands still and allows him to use his size on himself, Ramirez will be unboxing on November 5.

In Ramirez’s final fight against Dominic Boesel, he rehydrated for an absurdity 203 lbs after weighing at 174 lbs. When you see a boxer rehydrating close to 30 lbs after weighing, it’s a red sign that they’re fighting outside of their natural weight class.

In other words, Ramirez should be fighting in the cruiser weight class, and he’s only hurting himself by melting down to 175 to fight in a division his body can’t handle. That might explain why Ramirez is so slow.

If Ramirez were to fight in the cruiser weight class, his lack of speed wouldn’t be obvious, but in the light heavyweight division, it’s amazing how slow he is. He has to be one of the slowest of the top contenders in the league, and that will be taken advantage of by Bivol on November 5.

“Yes, I am [in tremendous shape]and I trained hard as always, and I think it was the best training camp so far,” Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez told Little Giant Boxing about his training for the WBA Heavyweight Championship challenge Dmitry Bivol.

“Of course, I naturally weigh 175 pounds, and I am bigger than him, stronger, and people will see on November 5,” Ramirez said. “I’m so sorry for him because he’s got a big storm coming up, and it’s going to take everything away,” Gilberto said, saying that Bivol had planned to take on Canelo Alvarez in a rematch next year.

“It is an honor for me because we are Mexicans, and we want the best for every Mexican. It’s great to have the support from Canelo,” Zurdo Ramire said of Canelo wanting him to beat Bivol.

“Mexico and my people from Mazatlan, my family and myself,” Ramirez said when asked who he would dedicate this fight to.

“We have been training for a long time, and the advice is very good at Breakout Boxing, and I feel great. We will war always. Every war is important to me, but this one is really important because I have [WBA 175-lb] header on line.

“That’s what I was looking for, and my hand will be raised that night,” Ramirez said of him looking for some kind of Bivol.

“It is a pleasure to represent Mexico and be a Mexican. It’s an honor to be a world champion. It’s great because one of my goals is to fight there [Abu Dhabi], and now I will fight there. It’s really nice because everything is new to me.

“Now I know the country and the people from there. It was a good experience. Don’t miss the fight on November 5th. A new champion of the world,” said Ramirez.
